Please note: the term “NEW” is generally reserved for Rolex watches sold directly by a Rolex Authorized Dealer (AD) at the time the warranty is activated for the original retail buyer. As an independent dealer, we therefore list Rolex watches as “LIKE NEW & UNWORN”. In practical terms, the condition is the same as new—the watch shows no signs of wear—with the only difference being that the Rolex warranty was activated when the watch was originally purchased and left the AD so that the warranty start date will be earlier than your purchase date.

Shipping Information
• Domestic Shipping: All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured. Typically, we dispatch within 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Tracking information will be provided once your order is processed.

Please note that all our packages require an adult signature upon delivery. Kindly ensure that someone 21 years or older will be available at the shipping address to receive and sign for the package.

If that’s not possible, you’re welcome to have the watch shipped to your preferred FedEx Office location instead. To do this, simply enter the FedEx Office address as your shipping address when placing the order.

Please be aware that if you wish to change the shipping address after the order is placed, such changes require approval from Chrono24 and may take an additional 1–2 business days to process.

• International Shipping: We offer international shipping via FedEx Global Services. Please note, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by the receiving country. If our insurance coverage does not extend to your location, we may be unable to ship the watch to you.

Warranty Information
• Manufacturer’s Warranty: All our unworn watches are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise is stated). You will receive the remaining balance of the manufacturer’s warranty upon purchase.
• 1-Year Limited Warranty: In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, we provide a complimentary 1-year limited warranty on the movement of the watch. This warranty covers movement issues but excludes damages from misuse, negligence, water damage, or cosmetic wear (Subject to claim).

TAG Heuer Information
All TAG Heuer watches come with a GENERIC TAG Heuer box. The special edition presentation boxes are exclusively available when the watch is purchased directly from an official TAG Heuer boutique and are not included with watches acquired through other channels.

Warranty Year Disclaimer (Breitling)
Please note that the word “approximation” next to the year in the listing title is used because the exact warranty date can vary slightly between individual pieces.

The majority of our Breitling watches come with a 2025 manufacturer warranty. However, in some cases we receive timepieces from authorized Breitling dealers with slightly earlier warranty dates (for example 2024). Since the watches are sourced from authorized dealers after an order is placed, the exact warranty year can only be confirmed once the watch is received from the dealer.

In the event that the watch arrives with an earlier warranty year than expected, we will provide a complimentary 1-year warranty from our company, starting from the last day of original manufacturer warranty. This ensures that the total coverage period remains consistent with the listing description.

Disclaimer for Omega watches:

Please note that starting from Q3 2025, Omega has officially discontinued the Pictogram Card. As a result, all newly produced watches no longer include this card unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing.

Additionally, certain models (such as the Moonwatch or Seamaster 007 editions) are not supplied with a leather card holder, as this is not part of the original set provided by the manufacturer.

Omega has also introduced an updated version of the instruction manual beginning in Q3 2025. While we are currently in the process of updating our product images, some listings may still display the previous generation manual booklet. Therefore, it is completely normal if the manual included with your watch differs from what is shown in the photos.

As a result, some watches may include printed materials—such as manuals, warranty booklets, or brochures—in languages other than English. This does not affect the authenticity or integrity of the timepiece in any way; it simply reflects the region for which the watch was originally intended. If needed, English versions of all manuals and documentation are typically available for download directly from the official manufacturer’s website. Rest assured, every watch we offer is 100% authentic, thoroughly inspected, and delivered as a complete set unless stated otherwise.

Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your watch is not as described in the listing, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the watch is unworn and in the same condition as received. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Condition Disclaimer
While we take great care to handle our timepieces, some watches may show minimal handling marks, only visible under close inspection. However, we always strive to provide watches in pristine condition, ensuring they look impeccable for everyday wear.
For all pre-owned watches, minor wear to the presentation box and/or included accessories is normal, and manuals/booklets may be provided in a language other than English.
